Sandpiper Cove Resort is located on Gulf Shores Drive, just off of Miracle Strip Pkwy, otherwise known as Hwy 98, Destin. This resort is gated and fenced for the security of all residing guests. The resort is spread out over many acres, giving each guest space enjoy. These condos, or townhomes, are 2 stories high, and many are located along the golf course that is within the walls. This does, however, leave some units without an ocean view. All units are within walking distance to the beach, however, there is a private, gated parking area at the beach for those who wish to drive. At the beach, you’ll have access to a private sandwich and drink bar, as well as restrooms and covered picnic tables. Beach service is available and is included with your Sunset Resort Rentals reservation.
The tennis courts and canal are located near the center of the resort, and the pools are spaced out throughout the resort. Each Sandpiper Cove Condos property will be close to at least one of the 5 pools. Sandpiper Cove Resort is accented with lush, tropical landscaping. Each home is individually designed to provide a subtropic experience. Walking trails wind through the palm trees, and you may find yourself near one of the exclusive par three golf fairways. Each guest is welcome to bring your short irons and play a complimentary round of par three golf, exclusive to Sandpiper Cove residents only.

Ready to explore other activities of Destin? A short drive in all directions will land you somewhere fun. Destin’s Harbor Walk Village is only a 5-minute drive from Sandpiper Cove Resort. There you’ll find live entertainment and enjoy a stroll along the docks of Destin’s famous Fishing Fleet, a local favorite activity. Zip lines, shopping, ocean side dining, and boat rentals are just a few things that Harbor Walk Village has to offer. Also close by, are some of Destin’s retail and outlet shopping malls. Destin Commons is a great outdoor experience, even if you just want to walk around. Water fountains and train rides for the kids, and coffee for the adults. Bass Pro Shop and other major retailers make this a nice place to spend some time.
