The only issue I had Bob was the air – it was pretty miserable until I called and you sent someone to fix it – THANKS! It was
great after that, the condo was beautifully taken decorated and had a great time. Let me know if you have any specials for January,

really enjoyed our stay at EM442 and especially enjoyed having the chairs & umbrella included as an included amenity.
The area was so relaxing especially after seeing the crowded beaches down in Destin. Okaloosa Island will be our first choice
for a beach trip from now on and we definitely have your website in our favorites. Thanks for your patience as we figured out

We really had an amazing last minute vacation. We were so pleased with the grounds at
El Matador. We met several families that come back there year after year, that really says allot about a place. The condo
was very comfortable and accommodated us and our 3 small children very well. Thanks for making our vacation great! We

Hello Bob, Our trip
to Destin was wonderful and just what we needed. Unfortunately, the day we left the temperature in Destin was supposed to be
88 degrees, we got back to Kentucky and it was 44 degrees. Needless to say, it was quite a shock to our systems!! The
condo was exactly what we needed, especially since there were just 2 women and 2 children. Stepping off our deck onto the
beach was wonderful....no lugging beach chairs, coolers, toys for the kids, so on and so forth across the street, down the steps,
and finally to the beach. There were a few problems with the condo when we arrived, and I certainly appreciate that you took
care of them as soon as you could. We completely understood that there had been wind damage and I'm assuming that it had been
recent and with the renters always in the unit I'm sure it's hard to get those things fixed right away. Again, none of this
caused any trouble as far as our trip went and wer are looking forward to next year's Fall Break to get back to Destin. Take

The help and convenience offered by your company encourages us to rent through your company again. We are especially grateful
that you allowed us to ship a box of goods that wouldn’t fit comfortably into our car. Your representative accepted delivery
of the box and had it conveniently placed in our unit by the time we arrived. That was very accommodating, and we greatly appreciate
it. Furthermore, your check-in and check-out procedures were also very convenient. It made facilitating our trip most
easy. We also appreciate that you allowed us to bring our two Pomeranians with us. We normally only stay at pet-friendly
properties, and that is a big issue for us. I have two requests. (1) Will you please include us in any last minute
specials/deals emails that you send? We are frequent vacationers. (2) Do you have any more luxury accommodations

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. Loved how close it was to the ocean! I think the only thing we found that could be fixed
was that the refrigerator wasn't level so it always moved when I opened the door to get something out. That didn't really bother me
though. Other than that we had a great time & will look for your other listings for our future vacations! Thanks again, Katie
Location, location, location. Surroundings were what i expected. i appreciate your candor (i hate the hard sell). i met the
neighbor who polices the complex; interesting. Clean (bath/fridge/microwave). phenomenally convenient (parking/access to beach).
ideal for me. seems unsecured wi-fi maybe available through a municipality? We did see "critters," outside in the stairwell
to the lower deck. we also understand the nature of the environment and had a great time all together. - Julie

Our stay was lovely
until contruction begin next door on unit 10-6:30am - 10p. But, you all graciously moved us to another condo @ 10miles away
and it was fine. Thank you so much. This was our first time in Destin area, we usually fly to Tampa area. Interested

We've been extremely busy. The place was awesome!!! We had a blast staying there. We couldn't figure out how to work
the DVD player, you could probably write up something on how to use it.. Other than that it was great!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Having the chairs and umbrella to use at the beach was great!!! It was nice not to have to worry about bringing our own.

Thanks Bob, We really enjoyed the condo was
very nice, other than the shower curtain liner I told you about the only other thing is when you wash it takes the washing machine
forever to fill up when you use the cold water is almost like a slow drip. Will be checking web site for futher discount rates.

Hello! We had a great time at Water's Edge. The condo was very nice, and we loved that the parking garage made
our condo easily accessible with all of our luggage, etc. The kids had fun playing with the beach toys that were provided,
and loved the pool. We thought it was decorated nicely, but have one suggestion for improvement: Even though the tables
were very nice, the glass table tops are a bit of a concern if you have children in the condo. The only negative about
the condo is that we did change the sheets on the beds because it looked as if they had not been cleaned. Overall, we had a
great time, and would love to come back! We'll definitely search Sunset Resort Rentals the next time we get ready to head
to the beach! Thank you so much!

a hair dryer which they said it did not have. Perfect for convenience. Will definitely consider staying here again.
