Our fee is only 27.5% of the base rental price (before cleaning fees are applied). Other fees may apply, which are listed in the rental agreement (located below).
We secure all rentals with either a credit card or a cash damage security deposit. There are no extra "CONVENIENCE FEES" to owners for taking credit card payments. We collect cleaning fees and taxes and distribute them accordingly. We will also coordinate all of the maintenance on your unit for you, and provide an owner's webpage where you can view your property's activity.
